BEING PLASTIC


The film was created by using a triptych of still photographs created in the artist’s studio at Gapado Air, South Korea.

  1. Beer Bottle (2022) | Origin: East China Sea.
  2. Ecover Ocean Bottle (2014) | Origin: North Sea / Post-consumer waste.
    Note: A landmark in sustainable design. By mimicking the biological geometry of microscopic marine life (Diatoms and Radiolarians), Ecover proved that "waste" could be structurally optimized and transformed back into product.
  3. Water Bottle (2022) | Origin: Gapado Island.
